Yasarna Duo Privacy Policy

Yasarna Duo is a Quran reader for iPhone Duo and iPad. It is built so that your reading stays yours: the app does not collect, store or share personal information.

What stays on your device

Your place in the mushaf, bookmarks, theme, chosen reciter, playback settings and any surahs you download are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are removed when you delete the app.

Ask Yasarna

Questions you ask are answered on your device, either by Apple Intelligence running on the device or by Yasarna's own assistant, which reads from the Quran, translations and tafsir included in the app. Your questions are not sent to us or to any other service.

Recitations

The Quran text, translations and tafsir are included in the app and work offline. Recitation audio is streamed or downloaded from public Quran audio libraries (cdn.islamic.network and mp3quran.net). As with any download, those servers receive your device's IP address and the file requested. Yasarna sends them nothing else about you.

No accounts, tracking or advertising

Yasarna has no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

Children

Yasarna collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
